Transparency Notification
In accordance with the Belgian law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage SA received a transparency notification dated 25 November 2024, which shows that, following an acquisition of shares on 8 March 2024, Entreprises et Chemins de Fer en Chine SA holds 45% of the company's voting rights.
Mrs Guy Paquot (Nicole Thys) controls Anchorage SA, which controls Fingaren SRL. Fingaren SRL controls Entreprises et Chemins de Fer en Chine SA (ECFC), which controls Compagnie du Bois Sauvage SA.
Together they hold 51.33% of the voting rights in Compagnie du Bois Sauvage SA.

The declaration of transparency is justified by the fact that Entreprises et Chemins de Fer en Chine SA crossed the 45% threshold following the acquisition of CBS shares on 8 March 2024.
